Who is responsible

Truffle Nose Ilias Daskalopoulos, Wesemlinstrasse 34, 6006 Lucerne, Switzerland · swiss@trufflenose.ch · +41 78 350 50 06

What data we process

• Enquiry form: name, restaurant or company, e-mail, phone, truffle, quantity and your message.
• Founding Circle: name, e-mail, restaurant or company, type (gastronomy or private), interest, quantity and your consent.
• E-mail, phone or WhatsApp: the details you give us.
• Website visit: technically necessary data such as the IP address, so the server can deliver the pages and protect the forms against misuse.

Why we process it

• to answer your enquiry,
• to process, deliver and invoice your order,
• for Founding Circle members: to inform them about available truffles, only with their consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who receives it

Our website and our e-mail mailbox are run by our hosting provider Hostinger; your data is stored on its servers, which may be located outside Switzerland. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms of WhatsApp (Meta) also apply. We do not sell or pass on your data for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking services.

Our page about Mount Olympus includes a YouTube video. When the page is opened, only the video's preview image is loaded from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com); in the process, data such as your IP address is sent to YouTube/Google. The YouTube player itself is loaded only when you click play. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): according to YouTube, it stores no information about you unless you play the video.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose: enquiries until they are answered and settled, Founding Circle data until you unsubscribe, invoices as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Simply write to swiss@trufflenose.ch.
