From the forest directly to you

A short journey for a delicate product.

  1. 01Collection

Our wild truffles are searched for and collected in their natural habitat in the areas around Mount Olympus.

  2. 02Selection

After collection, the truffles are selected and prepared for shipping.

  3. 03Shipping

The product goes straight to the airport and flies to Switzerland without any stopover.

  4. 04To you

From shipping, you receive your truffles within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the delivery address. This keeps the time between collection and arrival as short as possible.

Quality to Swiss standards

In Switzerland, our truffles fall under Swiss food law. This is how we put it into practice:

Self-checks

We check every delivery on arrival: smell, cleanliness and temperature. Everything is recorded in writing.

Cold chain

The truffles stay chilled until handover. We measure and record the temperature for every delivery with a thermometer.

Traceability

Every delivery gets its own batch number. For every truffle we know who it came from and who it went to.

The laws are published on Fedlex, the official publication platform for Swiss federal law.

The truffle route

Delivered from Greece straight to Switzerland.

Freshness you can smell.

Freshly found. Delivered in person.

The characteristic aroma of a truffle is shaped by volatile aromatic compounds. One thing is certain: our truffles smell truly fresh, because we do not store them at all.

For TRUFFLE NOSE, every hour counts. That is why our truffles set off to you without detours once they are found: by plane to Switzerland. The shorter the time between forest and kitchen, the more of their scent reaches you.
